Where is my order?
You will receive an email or text message with a tracking number once your order ships. You will be notified depending on which preferred method of notification you selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship to the continental United States at this time.
Are Fun In Motion Toys products sold in stores?
Yes, you can find our products in local independent and specialty toy stores. Store Locator ->
My product seems to be defective, may I return it for a replacement?
If you encounter any issues with your products, please take a photo of the issue and contact us via email customerservice@funinmotiontoys.com. We will take good care of you.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Add that products typically arrive in 5-7 days.
Can I change my shipping address?
We cannot edit a shipping address once the order has been placed & submitted, due to our automated system. Please be sure to thoroughly proof-read your information before submitting your order!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We cannot edit or cancel an order once it has been placed, due to our automated system. Please contact our support team if you wish to return your order for a refund or an exchange.
How will my order ship?
Orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

2. Shashibo Questions
How do I open it?
Start at one of the corners, and pull it open like a pistachio.
How do I know which shapes to create?
We have this super handy dandy Shashibo shape guide you can download here. Check off which ones you have done as you complete them to become a master!
How many shapes can I create?
You can create over 70 shapes with just 1 Shashibo, but don’t stop there. You can add 2, 3, 4, or more to unlock even more shapes and create new ones!
How do I get Shashibo back into the original cube form?
We have a video that can show you how to get it back into a box (its original form)! Click here to see the video. Be sure to follow us on Youtube for more tips & tricks!
Is there a limit to how many you can connect together?
As the saying goes… the more, the merrier. We’ve used as many as 30 Shashibos to build large structures!
How many magnets are in 1 Shashibo?
Each Shashibo has 36 rare earth magnets. Rare Earth magnets are strong permanent magnets made from alloys of rare-earth elements which is how they were given their name (not because they are actually rare in quantity).
How big is Shashibo?
Each Shashibo is 2.4" when in its original cube form. As you transform it from shape to shape to explore the 70+ shapes each cube can make, it expands and becomes bigger. If you collect & connect more than one Shashibo, the overall structure becomes even larger!
What is Shashibo made of?
All Shashibo are made out from recycled ABS injection mold plastic, tear-resistant stickers, and have 36 internal rare earth magnets enclosed within each cube! Both the ABS plastic and rare earth magnets are recyclable ♻️ at the end of their life!
3. MAP Policy
What is a MAP Policy?
Fun In Motion Toys has unilaterally implemented a MAP Policy which is a policy setting the minimum price at which Fun In Motion Toys’ products can be advertised by all Authorized Distributors and Resellers off-site. The MAP Policy applies only to minimum advertised prices, not actual resale prices. All Authorized Distributors and Resellers are free to sell our products at any price they choose. Please see the MAP Policy for additional information. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any additional questions you have concerning our MAP Policy.
Is the MAP Policy a required agreement?
No. The MAP Policy is a unilateral policy of Fun In Motion Toys that applies universally to all Authorized Distributors and Resellers. The MAP Policy does not constitute an agreement and it is not subject to input or negotiation with or from Authorized Distributors, Resellers or third parties.
What promotional programs are offered by Fun In Motion Toys to support the advertising of Fun In Motion Toys’ by Authorized Distributors and Resellers?
Fun In Motion Toys offers a host of promotional support options to its Authorized Distributors and Resellers. Please contact us for additional information. Fun In Motion Toys’ Authorized Distributors and Resellers have access to exclusive point of purchase displays including our unique video displays, lenticular displays, metal backed magnetic displays and many others! Authorized Resellers are also listed on the Fun In Motion Toys’ Store Locator System (https://funinmotiontoys.com/pages/store-locator).
I read the MAP Policy and it states that the minimum advertised price for a Shashibo is $25.00. We have Shashibo listed on our site for $24.95, is that ok?
The minimum advertised prices listed in the MAP Policy initiated by Fun In Motion Toys are true minimum advertised prices. Thus, compliance requires that your advertised price adhere to the minimum advertised prices listed (i.e., $25.00).
