Return Policy

All Fun In Motion Toys products come with a 1-year quality warranty. If for any reason, the toy is faulty and it broke not due to typical wear and tear, but our manufacturing processes – contact us and we'll issue the best possible solution.

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Process

• To initiate a return, please send us an email to customerservice@funinmotiontoys.com.
• To get you a prepaid return label, we will need the dimensions and weight of the parcel you will be using to make the return.
• Once the return is approved, please pass the parcel off to the carrier and let us know, so we can keep an eye out.

Refunds

• Once the item(s) are returned and inspected, we will email confirmation of any approved refunds.
• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund. 30 day policy still applies.

No, we only ship to the continental United States at this time.

Are Fun In Motion Toys products sold in stores?

Yes, you can find our products in local independent and specialty toy stores.

My product seems to be defective, may I return it for a replacement?

If you encounter any issues with your products, please take a photo of the issue and contact us via email customerservice@funinmotiontoys.com. We will take good care of you.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Processing times usually take 24-48 hours. Shipping times (depending on shipping service) can take up to 5-7 days for Standard and up to 3 days for Expedited Shipping.

How will my order ship?

Orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

How many shapes can I create?

You can create over 70 shapes with just 1 Shashibo, but don’t stop there. You can add 2, 3, 4, or more to unlock even more shapes and create new ones!

How do I get Shashibo back into the original cube form?

Is there a limit to how many you can connect together?

As the saying goes… the more, the merrier. We’ve used as many as 30 Shashibo to build large structures!

How many magnets are in 1 Shashibo?

Each Shashibo has 36 rare earth magnets. Rare Earth magnets are strong permanent magnets made from alloys of rare-earth elements which is how they were given their name (not because they are actually rare in quantity).

How big is Shashibo?

Each Shashibo is 2.4″ when in its original cube form. As you transform it from shape to shape to explore the 70+ shapes each cube can make, it expands and becomes bigger. If you collect & connect more than one Shashibo, the overall structure becomes even larger!

What is Shashibo made of?

All Shashibo are made of high-quality injection mold plastic, tear-resistant stickers, and have 36 internal rare earth magnets enclosed within each cube!

Do you have product warranty?

We offer a 1-year guaranteed warranty! We fully back all of our quality products 100% and handle any and all issues that get reported. Whether we have to fix or replace a product if it breaks or is damaged, all reports are handled on a case-by-case basis and executed by our excellent customer service team.
